Health & Safety Measures: What You Can Expect at the Y

We've always had high cleanliness and sanitization standards in place, but we've increased our protocols to keep our members and staff as safe as possible. Our team conducts regular and thorough cleaning of all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the branches. We also regularly complete overnight deep cleaning using the industry gold-standard electrostatic sprayer by Victory Innovations.

Other important measures include:

  • Face coverings will be required for members and staff at all times.
  • Staff will receive daily temperature checks.
  • Increased and thorough cleaning using EPA-registered and CDC-certified disinfectant.
  • Touchless check-in is available via our mobile app.
  • Some cardio equipment temporarily marked out of use for social distancing.
  • Some areas of the YMCA are closed.
